Most items local or international are shipped within 24 hours after payment has been cleared (Mon-Friday). Items paid on Friday or on week-end will be shipped the next business day (except holidays). Standard delivery is estimated to be between 2 to 5 business days.
We cannot ship FedEx or UPS shipment to PO BOX, a physical address is required and that may delay the shipping of your order if not provided at the time of the order. Tracking info will be provided once the item is shipped. It is the buyer's responsibility to update the ship to address prior to finalize any purchase. ***Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and other US states that are not part of the continental US will incur additional shipping charges. International shipping may be available (different shipping rate will apply).
Returns- NO Return on Tosi Health Products. For all other returns - Please return to PINGO Returns PO BOX 165 Glenn Dale, MD 20769 Please initiate and return your product within 14 days from the date of delivery. AS IS products cannot be returned. Buyer will pay to return defective products or those that were purchased in error. A refund or exchange will be granted within 5 days once the returned has been received. Please note that everything received as part of the order must be returned. Contact the Manufacturer directly and follow their return/exchange or repair instructions for all brand new product that carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Restocking Fee: There will be a 15% restocking fee on all false claims and new products if they have been opened since they are no longer new.
